DOMESTIC SHIPPING

A flat shipping fee of $7.50 applies to orders that ship to U.S. addresses.

We make every effort to process your order as soon as possible and take extra care to check and package your garments. Our typical shipping timeframe is 2-3 business days (excluding U.S. federal holidays), pending payment verification. We ship all orders from Los Angeles with a tracking number via USPS First Class Package from Los Angeles. 

If you have placed an order that needs to arrive by a certain date, please notify us as soon as possible at info@bienbienshop.com. While we cannot guarantee expedited delivery, we do our best to prioritize these orders and will try to accommodate special requests if notified as soon as your order has been placed. 

Once a shipment has been scanned and delivered by the mail carrier, all items will then be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. 

If you have placed an order as a gift, please notify us at info@bienbienshop.com once your order has been placed. We offer complimentary gift wrapping and can also include a gift receipt as well as a handwritten note on behalf of the sender. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders ship from Los Angeles within 3-5 business days (excluding U.S. federal holidays), pending payment verification.

An order minimum of $75 is required for shipments outside of the United States. A flat shipping rate of $30 will be charged for all international orders except Saudi Arabia.

An order minimum of $150 is required for shipments to Saudi Arabia. A flat shipping rate of $80 will be charged for shipments to Saudi Arabia. 

The receiver is responsible for all duties, tariffs and customs fees. International orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 14-21 business days for delivery.

International orders may not be returned or exchanged, and we do not refund international shipping charges, duties, tariffs or customs fees. Final sale only. We do not refund orders, shipping charges, or associated fees for parcels that have been rejected by the receiver.

Once a shipment has been scanned and delivered by the mail carrier, all items will then be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. We are not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
