DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer complimentary USPS first class shipping on all orders over $50 before applicable taxes that ship to U.S. addresses. A flat shipping fee of $7.50 applies for orders less than $50 before taxes that ship to U.S. addresses.

We make every effort to process your order as soon as possible. Our typical shipping timeframe is 1-3 business days (excluding U.S. federal holidays), pending payment verification. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there may be delays to your order's shipment. We ship all orders with a tracking number via USPS First Class from Los Angeles. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days from the date of shipment, but USPS does experience delays due to weather and due to the pandemic.

We process shipments in the order they are received. During high volume collection launches, including Apolina and Bonjour, please be assured that we are working as quickly as possible and sometimes may have a backlog of orders to ship. Please be aware that shipments may occasionally take an extra 1-2 business days to be processed during these instances.

If you have placed an order that needs to arrive by a certain date, please notify us as soon as possible at info@bienbienshop.com. While we cannot guarantee expedited delivery, we do our best to prioritize these orders and will try to accommodate special requests if notified as soon as your order has been placed. 

Once a shipment has been scanned and delivered by the mail carrier, all items will then be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. 

If you have placed an order as a gift, please notify us at info@bienbienshop.com. We offer complimentary gift wrapping and can also include a gift receipt as well as a handwritten note on behalf of the sender. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders ship within 3-5 business days (excluding U.S. federal holidays), pending payment verification. There may be delays to the shipment of your order due to the pandemic.

An order minimum of $75 is required for shipments outside of the United States. A flat shipping rate of $30 will be charged for all international orders except Saudi Arabia.

An order minimum of $150 is required for shipments to Saudi Arabia. A flat shipping rate of $80 will be charged for shipments to Saudi Arabia. 

The receiver is responsible for all duties, tariffs and customs fees. International orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 14-21 business days for delivery.

International orders may not be returned or exchanged, and we do not refund international shipping charges, duties, tariffs or customs fees. Final sale only. We do not refund orders, shipping charges, or associated fees for parcels that have been rejected by the receiver.

Once a shipment has been scanned and delivered by the mail carrier, all items will then be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. We are not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
