We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, it must be returned in the condition it was received - not worn, not altered or washed, and with all tags attached. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or gift receipt.

If the conditions above are met and the item is in perfect resalable condition, please contact info@bienbienshop.com and return the regular priced merchandise within 21 business days from the day you receive the goods for a full refund or exchange. We do not refund return shipping charges.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All final sale items purchased may not be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned final sale item, the package will be returned to you, and a refund will not be issued. Regular priced items purchased during a temporary promotion are not considered final sale unless explicitly stated in the terms of the promotion. Items with reduced prices may be returned provided they are not listed as 'Final Sale' in the product description.
